Our Story
Seasonal Services was started in November 2015 by Tristan, as a gutter cleaning service, while he was still in high school. Since it's foundation, the heart of Seasonal Services has been to serve the people of Buffalo, Wyoming and surrounding areas. With services from lawncare to snow removal, sprinkler care to seasonal cleanups, we enjoy working with our customers year-round to maintain your landscaping and ease your life.

Our knowledgeable team provides not only regular maintenance services, but also larger landscaping projects. We deliver quality work in a timely manner to ensure your outdoor living space is transformed to enhance your home experience and increase your property equity for the coming years. Our customers are the purpose and passion of Seasonal Services.
Meet The Team
Lauren Olsen
RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Lauren attended the University of Kentucky receiving a degree in Equine Science and Management, with minors in Business and Agricultural Economics. After college, Lauren moved to Wyoming to work on a local guest ranch where she grew to love the area and the mountains and decided to make Buffalo her home. Known for being hard working and resourceful, Lauren brings these aspects into her work with Seasonal Services. When she's not in the office, you can find her riding, reading, or spending time with her dogs and friends.

Kaleb Rodolph
SALES MANAGER
Born and raised in Casper, Kaleb was homeschooled from kindergarten through high school, which gave him the flexibility to start working in landscaping at the age of fifteen. What began as summer work quickly turned into a passion, leading him to management roles that included designing and building custom landscapes, water features, and patios. In late September, he moved to Buffalo and has loved becoming part of the community. An avid musician and outdoorsman, he enjoys climbing, skiing, and playing pickup sports with friends. Kaleb appreciates being part of a company that keeps God at the center of its work and hopes to share the love of Jesus with others through his craft and connections in the community.
Alex Cahhal
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Alex is a Buffalo local, born and raised in Wyoming. He studied Criminal Justice at the University of Wyoming while working at Seasonal Services during the summers. After returning home, he decided to make Seasonal Services a permanent part of his career, joining full-time in 2024. As Operations Manager, Alex oversees lawn care, cleanup, and snow removal schedules, bringing organization, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every project. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering as a firefighter with the Buffalo Department, exploring the mountains, and tinkering on his classic ’79 Chevy K20.

Cordelia Tellock
LAWN MAINTENANCE CREW LEAD
Cordelia brings over 3 years of groundskeeping experience to Seasonal Services. After first moving to Buffalo in 2015, then returning in 2019, she was introduced to the company through her husband and a close friend who were already part of the team. Today, she’s known for her hard work on the job—whether it’s mowing lawns or keeping the crew in good spirits with her humor and upbeat personality. Outside of work, Cordelia enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and friends, as well as expressing her creativity through music, art, and reading.

Mary Short
OFFICE MANAGER
Mary hired on full-time to Seasonal Services in January of 2024, after working for the business for a couple months in the summer of '23. Originally from Washington State, Mary fell in love with the Bighorn Mountains while working at a local guest ranch and eventually moved to Buffalo. In her free time, Mary enjoys reading and studying God's Word, adventuring in the Bighorn Mountains, and hiking and hunting with her husband Taylor.

Tristan Hepp
OWNER
Tristan started Seasonal Services while still in high school, and went on to graduate from Black Hills State University in South Dakota with degrees in Business Management and Marketing. In 2020, he combined Seasonal Services with Buffalo Built, now co-owning both companies with Taylor & Matt. When not busy in the office or meeting with customers, Tristan can be found out on the field working alongside the crews. Tristan has a heart for people and loves spending time with his friends and family, while chasing around his three young kids with his wife Brittany.
Taylor Hepp
OWNER
Taylor obtained his degree in Construction Management from Sheridan College, and degrees in both Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Black Hills State University in South Dakota while running track. He joined Tristan in Seasonal Services in 2020. In his downtime, Taylor is hanging out with his wife Adrianna and two little girls, playing golf at the local course, participating in extreme sports, or pouring into his local church community.

Matthew Gilbert
OWNER
Matt joined Tristan as owner of Seasonal Services in 2020. Previously, he received his degree in General Studies from Sheridan College, where he also played soccer. After college, he gained years of construction experience and started Buffalo Built in 2018, which he still runs alongside Seasonal Services. When not at work, Matt is spending time with his wife Savana and their daughter, playing softball, and enjoying his friends and family.
